I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with 15 years of experience helping adults transform their lives through talking therapy.
I am passionate about helping people to make sense of what has happened to them, understand what may be causing their current difficulties and learn the skills to move forward and live the life they want. I offer in person therapy in Wetherby and online therapy from the comfort of your own home.
