Psychological Therapy
I am passionate about helping people to live the life they want and be the best version of themselves. It is important for me to work alongside you to help you understand your difficulties and develop the skills and resources to manage these, now and in the future.
It can be incredibly difficult when we are not feeling our best, because everything can seem harder and overwhelming, and we can feel anxious and low in mood. You don't need to struggle on your own. I can help you make sense of what's going on and move forward to where you want to be.
I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space and will tailor your therapy to suit your needs. My approach integrates evidence based therapies including CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR.

Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for psychologists, psychological therapists, and counsellors in private practice. I have years of experience in supervising qualified psychologists, psychological therapists and psychologists in training and can provide clinical supervision individually or as part of a group.
After working in private practice for over 10 years, I have a lot of knowledge and experience to share, whether you are just starting out in private practice or have been doing it a while it would be lovely to have a chat about what you’re looking for and how I can help.
